Some of the comments from the feedback of the workshops:
I attended your workshop yesterday and wanted express my appreciation of you and the content you prepared and shared with us.For as long as I can remember I have wanted to develop some skill in de-escalating angry patients/carers with kindness and compassion. After yesterday I really feel I am ready to try some of the techniques discussed yesterday…(amongst other things).I couldn’t recommend your workshop highly enough to my colleagues.
Thank you so much once again for the training on Friday. You never fail to provide such rich, engaging training. The training being virtual didn’t impact your abilities as a facilitator at all. I’m truly grateful, so thank you again.
Thank you Mary. Was so great to have you !The staff loved it, thank you so much for your time, flexibility and support
